Following is a list of questions frequently asked of us. We hope this will assist you.
The following Q&A's are applicable to
Beau Jardin, Nobb Hill, and The Bluffs.
- Question: Is the deposit per person or per
apartment?
Answer: Per apartment. - Question: What fees do we need to pay up
front?
Answer: There is an application fee of $41 per person, an administration fee of $100 per apartment, and a security deposit starting at $200 per
apartment. - Question: What pets do you allow?
Answer: Beau Jardin and The Bluffs allow both cats and dogs but be advised there are certain breed restrictions. Nobb Hill allows only cats. - Question: What are the pet fees?
Answer: There is a one time fee of $150 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $28 per pet. - Question: What utilities will I have to pay
for?
Answer: At Beau Jardin, you will have a gas bill, an electric bill, and a combined bill for water/sewer/trash. At Nobb Hill, you will have only an electric bill. At The Bluffs you will have an electric bill and a combined water/sewer/trash bill.
- Question: What kind of lease is
available?
Answer: The lease is for the entire apartment and not per person. - Question: What are the lease
terms?
Answer: Our typical lease is for 12 months, but you may choose to have a 10 or 11 month lease for a premium. - Question: Are the apartments
furnished or unfurnished?
Answer: Our apartments are unfurnished, but we do offer furniture rental options. Please contact the leasing office for more information. - Question: Are the apartment
communities located on the bus route?
Answer: Yes! All three apartment communities, Lafayette and West Lafayette, are on the City Bus route.

- Question: Is the deposit per person or per
apartment?
Answer: There is an administration fee and redecoration fee per person. - Question: What fees do we need to pay up
front?
Answer: There is a non-refundable administration fee of $50 per person and a non-refundable redecoration fee of $200 per person. - Question: What pets do you allow?
Answer: College Crossing does not allow pets. - Question: What utilities will I have to pay
for?
Answer: At College Crossing, you will have an electric bill and a combined bill for water, sewer, and trash. Limited basic cable and wireless internet are included. - Question: What kind of lease is
available?
Answer: The lease is a combination lease for the entire apartment and per person. - Question: What are the lease
terms?
Answer: Our typical lease is for 12 months. - Question: Are the apartments
furnished or unfurnished?
Answer: Our apartments are unfurnished, but we do offer furniture rental options. Please contact the leasing office for more information. - Question: Are the apartment

Answer: Yes! The bus stop is located less than a block from the community.
